为了满足研究内燃机燃烧过程的需要,设计了一种基于工控PC机的多参数测控及燃烧分析系统。该系统采用PCI总线高速A/D和多串口卡,利用多线程、多级缓存、显示缓存等软件处理技术,有效提高了瞬态数据采集和处理速度,解决了高速数据采集和实时分析、显示绘图之间的矛盾,实现了多参数同步采集、燃烧状态实时监控及燃烧过程在线分析等复杂任务功能。实际应用表明,该系统运行可靠,操作方便,为探索内燃机燃烧过程及其控制规律提供了较先进的试验研究手段。
In order to meet the need of researching combustion process of internal combustion engine, a multi-parameter measurement and control and combustion analysis system based on industrial PC was designed.
