目的 探讨急性缺血性卒中患者白细胞 CD1 1 b和 CD1 8的变化与时间的关系。方法 流式细胞术测定2 0例缺血性卒中患者在发病后 1、3、7和 14d外周血多形核细胞 (PMN)、单核细胞 (MN) CD1 1 b和 CD1 8的表达。结果 卒中组 PMN、MN CD1 1 b和 CD1 8的平均荧光强度 (MFI)高于对照组 ,PMN、MN、CD1 1 b和 CD1 8的 MFI与卒中后的时间有关。PMN CD1 1 b和 CD1 8的 MFI在发病后第 3d最高 ,MN CD1 1 b和 CD1 8的 MFI在发病后第 3d和第 7d最高。结论 急性缺血性卒中患者 CD1 1 b和 CD1 8的表达增高与卒中后的时间有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between leukocyte CD1 1 b and CD18 in patients with acute ischemic stroke and time. Methods Flow cytometry was used to determine the expression of peripheral blood polymorphonuclear cells (PMN), monocytes (MN) CD1 1 b and CD18 on 30, 17 and 14 days after onset in 20 ischemic stroke patients. Results The mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) of PMN, MN CD1 1 b and CD18 in stroke group was higher than that in control group. The MFI of PMN, MN, CD1 1 b and CD1 8 were related to the time after stroke. The MFI of PMN CD1 1 b and CD1 8 was the highest on the 3rd day after onset, and the MFI of MN CD1 1 b and CD18 was the highest on the 3rd and 7th day after onset. Conclusion The increased expression of CD11b and CD18 in patients with acute ischemic stroke is related to the time after stroke.
