本项目主要为2栋1940~1980年建造的老旧厂房,厂房老化损伤严重且无法正常使用。根据现有房屋管理条例,无论从行政审批还是资源有效利用的角度分析,旧房拆除重建的可行性较低,因而综合改造利用旧厂房不失为比较有效的方法。通过对旧厂房的质量检测和评估,提出了加固修缮技术措施,充分发挥了旧房改建的优势,并为城市旧厂房综合利用提供了借鉴。
This project mainly consists of 2 old factories built from 1940 to 1980. The plant is seriously damaged and can not be used normally. According to the existing house management regulations, whether from the perspective of administrative examination and approval or the effective utilization of resources, the feasibility of demolition and reconstruction of old houses is low. Therefore, it is a more effective method to comprehensively rebuild and utilize old factories. Through the inspection and evaluation of the quality of the old factory building, we put forward the technical measures to reinforce and repair, give full play to the advantages of the reconstruction of old houses, and provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of old factories in the city.
