研究了一种以高纯氧化铈为原料制备高纯金属铈的新工艺,采用钙热还原-真空熔炼-悬浮区熔-电迁移联合法制备提纯,得到了相对纯度为Ce/TREM≥99.99%、绝对纯度为99.961%的高纯金属铈。本工艺可用于高纯稀土金属试剂的制备。
A new process for preparing high purity cerium using high purity cerium oxide as raw material was studied and prepared by the combination of calcium thermal reduction-vacuum melting-suspension zone electrocatalysis. The relative purity of Ce / TREM was 99.99% , High purity cerium with an absolute purity of 99.961%. The process can be used for the preparation of high purity rare earth metal reagent.
