槭叶草去钙提取液 (含生药 18mg/ml、12mg/ml、6mg/ml)灌流离体豚鼠心脏后 ,心肌收缩力和冠脉流量均明显增加 ,灌流近 30min时 ,高、中、低浓度心肌收缩力分别增加 5 5 2 %、38 3%和 2 0 5 % ,灌流 5min时冠脉流量分别增加 36 6 %、73 9%和 5 4 7% ,灌流后心率无明显变化 ,用加入心得安的槭叶草去钙提取液灌流 ,豚鼠心肌收缩力与未加心得安时大致相似。提示槭叶草去钙提取液具有不依赖于中枢调节的正性肌力作用 ,且与 β 受体无关。
After in vitro extraction of the calcium extract of the clover (containing crude drugs 18 mg/ml, 12 mg/ml, and 6 mg/ml), the cardiac contractility and coronary flow increased significantly after perfusion of isolated guinea pig hearts. High, medium, and low levels were observed during perfusion of 30 min. The concentration of myocardial contractility increased by 552%, 38.3%, and 20%, respectively. Perfusion of coronary artery increased by 366%, 73%, and 54.7%, respectively, after 5 minutes of perfusion. There was no significant change in heart rate after perfusion. The propranolol was removed by calcium extraction and the guinea pig myocardial contractility was similar to that of propranolol. It is suggested that the calcium extract from E. sinica has a positive inotropic effect that does not depend on the central regulation and has nothing to do with the β-receptor.
