推土机工作环境恶劣,其推土铲推臂工作过程中受力复杂,容易产生变形、开焊和断裂故障。我们通过大量试验、测试及仿真分析,找出故障原因并进行结构优化设计,大大提高了推臂的可靠性及安全性。1.故障原因分析推土机推土铲推臂结构如图1所示。其主要有4个受力部位,分别为前接头、后支座、斜支撑托架、水平支撑托架。我们通过计算及实验发现,推土铲推臂前接头、后支座主要承受轴向压力,受力状况较为简单。斜支撑托架、
