当前,针对我国林业知识产权意识淡薄、纠纷不断、林产品专利壁垒日益增多的现状,探索研究建立林业知识产权预警机制具有重要意义。文中总结国内外知识产权预警机制现状,分析国内林业知识产权预警机制存在的不足,指出建立林业知识产权预警机制的必要性,提出预警机制的具体内容。
At present, in view of the current situation that the awareness of forestry intellectual property is weak, the disputes are constantly rising and the patent barriers of forest products are increasing day by day, it is of great significance to explore and study the establishment of forestry intellectual property early warning mechanism. This paper summarizes the current situation of the early warning mechanism of intellectual property at home and abroad, analyzes the shortcomings of the early warning mechanism of forestry intellectual property, points out the necessity of establishing early warning mechanism of forestry intellectual property, and puts forward the specific content of early warning mechanism.
