糖尿病是绝对或相对胰岛素分泌不足引起的内分泌紊乱疾病,而妊娠期间合并糖尿病对母儿均有严重影响。控制糖尿病病情进展,控制孕期血糖波动,维持正常糖代谢对母儿健康均有重要意义。2005年1月~2006年12月,本院共收治36例妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇,经精心治疗和护理,无1例发生酮症酸中
Diabetes is an absolute or relative disorder of endocrine disorders caused by inadequate insulin secretion, while complications of diabetes during pregnancy have a serious impact on both mother and child. Control of the progression of diabetes, blood sugar control during pregnancy fluctuations, to maintain normal glucose metabolism are of great significance to the health of both mother and child.
