以体外反搏法(ECP)治疗冠心病已有十余年的历史,然而,对其作用和临床疗效仍有不同的评价。为此,我们观察了30例冠心病病人ECP前后左心室功能的变化,以进一步了解ECP的效应。临床资料冠心病病人30例,其中男性29例,女性1例。年龄32～78岁,平均58.5岁。11例为顺序住院的急性心肌梗塞恢复期(发病后2～6周)病人,19例为陈旧性心肌梗塞
ECP has been used for more than ten years in the treatment of coronary heart disease. However, its effect and clinical efficacy are still different. To this end, we observed changes in left ventricular function before and after ECP in 30 patients with coronary heart disease to further understand the effects of ECP. Clinical data 30 cases of coronary heart disease patients, including 29 males and 1 females. Age 32 ~ 78 years old, average 58.5 years old. Eleven patients were hospitalized with sequential acute myocardial infarction (2 to 6 weeks after onset), 19 with old myocardial infarction
