社会的进步都是以人的全面发展或人的整体素质的提高为前提的。一个家的兴旺发达依赖于全民族的思想道德素质和科学文化素质的提高,而全民族的思想道德素质和科学文化素质的提高,在一定意义上又受制于这个国家的意识形态体系。从实际出发,研究建立在一定经济基础之上的意识形态,对于人的全面发展,社会的和谐进步具有重要的现实意义。
All social progress is based on the all-round development of man or the improvement of the overall quality of people. The prosperity of a family relies on the ideological and ethical standards of all ethnic groups and the improvement of the scientific and cultural qualities. The improvement of the ideological and ethical standards and the scientific and cultural qualities of the entire nation is, in a sense, constrained by the ideological system of this country. Practically speaking, studying the ideology built on a certain economic basis has important practical significance for the all-round development of human beings and for the harmonious progress of society.
