Based on the survey data on the status of subsistence and development of migrants in Beijing, this study analyzes the relationship between the new generation of floating population in direct interest-related and non-direct interest-related groups from the perspectives of fairness, government awareness and life satisfaction. Willingness to participate in sexual events. The research shows that the sense of job unfairness and social injustice have a positive effect on participation in these two groups of mass incidents and the individual injustice has no significant effect. The lack of identity, satisfaction and trust of the government will promote participation in the direct interest-related Group events, but will not affect the participation of non-direct interest group events; individual factors such as life satisfaction and education level, marital status, income level, etc. have complete participation in mass incidents related to direct interests and non-direct interests The opposite effect. The emergence of group incidents has more complicated incentives. The government should make distinctive prevention and treatment according to the actual situation.
