骆宝善、刘路生主编的《袁世凯全集》由河南大学出版社2013年12月出版。该书为国家清史纂修工程项目文献丛刊之一种,共3600余万字,分装为36卷。编纂不分文体,采用编年体编辑,繁体字橫排印刷,收集了中国大陆、台湾、香港以及韩国、日本保存的袁氏传世文字,包括已刊、未刊档案,以及公私收藏。其内容有章奏、文告、律令、公牍、函电、诗文、题词以及著作。时跨1875年(光绪元年)—1916年(袁世凯16岁-58岁)42年。有文必录,以全取胜。
Luo Baoshan, edited by Liu Lusheng’s “Complete Works of Yuan Shikai” was published by Henan University Press in December 2013. The book for the national history of the compilation of project literature series, a total of more than 3600 words, divided into 36 volumes. The compilation is written in chronological style and printed in traditional Chinese. Collected from mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea and Japan, Yuan’s handed down characters, including published and unpublished files, and public and private collections are collected. Its contents are chapters, prose, law, public money, correspondence, poetry, inscriptions and books. Time span 1875 (Guangxu first year) - 1916 (Yuan Shikai 16 -58 years old) 42 years. There are texts to record, to win the whole.
