[目的]了解宁夏护生总体幸福感水平,分析其影响因素。[方法]采用总体幸福感量表(GWBS)对宁夏2所高校1 026名在校护生进行总体幸福感及其影响因素的问卷调查。[结果]宁夏护生总体幸福感33项总得分为105.62分±14.44分,前18项得分为73.02分±13.12分;女生为72.87分±13.23分,高于全国常模;汉族护生总体幸福感水平高于回族护生;城市护生总体幸福感水平高于农村护生;本科护生总体幸福感水平高于大专、高职护生;宁夏护生总体幸福感水平与职业认同因素呈负相关。[结论]宁夏护生总体幸福感水平与职业认同因素有关,应对护生给予更多关注和引导,采取针对性措施提高护生职业认同水平,进而提高其幸福感水平。
[Objective] To understand the overall level of happiness of nursing students in Ningxia and analyze the influencing factors. [Methods] A total questionnaire was conducted by using the Gross Well-being Scale (GWBS) on the overall well-being and its influencing factors of 1026 nursing students in 2 universities in Ningxia. [Results] The overall score of happiness of Ningxia nursing students was 105.62 points ± 14.44 points, the first 18 items were 73.02 points ± 13.12 points and the female ones were 72.87 points ± 13.23 points, higher than the national norm. The general happiness of Han students The level of general well-being of urban nursing students was higher than that of rural nursing students. The overall level of happiness of undergraduate nursing students was higher than that of college and vocational nursing students. The level of overall well-being and occupational identity of the nursing students in Ningxia were negative Related. [Conclusion] The overall happiness level of nursing students in Ningxia is related to occupational identity factors. Nursing students should pay more attention and guidance to take targeted measures to improve occupational recognition of nursing students so as to raise their level of well-being.
