北京要举办第十一届亚运会,在大量的筹备工作中,最重要的是提供具有国际标准的比赛和训练场地。在若多亚运会工程建设项目中,新建的国际体育中心规模最大,难度最高,时间最紧迫,任务也最艰巨。该体育中心各场馆设计总图的主要负责人,就是北京建筑设计院高级建筑师马国馨。马国馨1965年毕业于清华大学建筑系,后在日本丹下建三建筑师事务所进修两年。二十多年来,他参加或主持过国内外近百个项目。如建国门外国际俱乐部、东交民巷15号宾馆、毛主席纪念堂、深圳中央银行、中科院天文台、天津市体育馆,以及尼日利亚、新加坡、刚果等国家的一些建筑设计或规划,多次受到国内外专家的高度评价和赞扬。建筑师从事的工作
