思想政治工作对于一个组织来讲有着非常重要的作用,其不仅决定了一个组织的精神文化,同时也严重影响着一个组织、团队所具有的凝聚力。而从现代企业发展的角度上来说,虽然随着社会的不断的进步,人们的生活水平和生活质量在不断的提高,但是同样的生活压力和工作压力也在成倍的增加,抑郁症、狂躁症等精神类疾病频频困扰着众多企业员工的日常生活。那么在这样的环境下,有效的心理疏导能够更好的帮助企业开展思想政治工作,能够缓解企业员工在日常工作和生活上所形成的有形的、无形的压力,从而让企业员工对企业保持积极的肯定态度,进而推动他们自我开解,自我认知,提高自身对企业的忠诚度,为企业的未来发展贡献自己的力量。所以本文就心理疏导在企业思想政治工作中的应用进行了深入的分析,希望能够对现代企业在思想政治工作的开展方面提出一定的理论建议,从而促进我国企业在思想政治工作建设上的进一步发展。

So in such circumstances, effective psychological counseling can better help enterprises to carry out ideological and political work, can ease the tangible and intangible pressure of employees in their daily work and life, so that employees keep the enterprise positive And then promote their self-improvement, self-awareness, improve their own loyalty to the enterprise, contribute to the future development of their own power. Therefore, this article analyzes the application of psychological counseling in the ideological and political work in enterprises, and hopes to put forward some theoretical suggestions on how to carry out the ideological and political work in modern enterprises so as to promote the further development of our country’s ideological and political work .
