中共山东省委讲师团自1984年恢复以来,按照中央和省委的统一部署,在开展在职干部马克思主义理论正规化教育,对广大干部进行理论教育和形势任务教育方面,取得了显著成绩。特别是党的十四大提出用建设有中国特色社会主义理论武装全党的战略任务以后,进一步明确了讲师团肩负的重要责任,在认真深入地分析全省干部理论教育状况的基础上,确定了“把用科学的理论武装人作为一项系统工程贯穿于讲师团的各项工作之中,统筹规划,全面落实”的工作思路,积极开拓进
