我国的国民经济相较发达国家起步晚,所以对于企业的管理也不是十分健全,对于发展中的国家来说,随着时代、科技、全球化的推进,经济领域相较其它领域的比重也越来越大,成为促进经济发展的主要因素。对于起步晚、经营差、市场弱的企业来说,要想改善金融危机带来的不利影响,财务管理尤为重要。对此,本文分析了财务管理对企业的重要作用,总结企业财务管理的现状及存在的问题,并针对问题提出了相应的建议和对策,希望能提高我国现代企业的财务管理水平,对财务部门的职能分配有所帮助。
