采用压力-状态-响应(Pressure-State-Response,PSR)模型构建了辽宁沿海经济带水资源承载力评价指标体系,通过层次分析法(AHP)确定评价指标权重,运用可变模糊识别模型评价水资源承载力。结果表明,辽宁沿海经济带水资源承载力状态在时间上总体呈波动上升的趋势,在空间上与区域产业结构调整、用水技术进步及经济发展水平有重要关系。在加强配置工程建设的同时,应进一步优化产业用水结构,重点加强海水利用及水质保护力度,从而缓解水资源开发利用与社会经济快速发展之间的矛盾。
The pressure-state-response (PSR) model was used to build an index system of water resources carrying capacity in the coastal economic belt of Liaoning Province. AHP was used to determine the weight of evaluation indexes and the variable fuzzy identification model Resource carrying capacity. The results show that the state of water resources carrying capacity in the coastal economic belt in Liaoning Province tends to fluctuate in time in general and is spatially related to the adjustment of regional industrial structure, the technological progress of water use and the level of economic development. While strengthening the construction of the dispositional project, the structure of industrial water use should be further optimized, focusing on strengthening the utilization of sea water and water quality so as to ease the contradiction between the development and utilization of water resources and the rapid development of social economy.
