目前对三维自由曲面的测量大多采用三坐标测量机进行单点测量 ,然后用计算机图形学有关理论进行曲面拟合 ,选不同的测量点得到的拟合曲面也就不同。三维激光扫描系统很好地解决了这一问题 ,实现了三维自由曲面快速、精确、方便地测量。
At present, the measurement of three-dimensional free-form surface mostly uses single-point measurement by CMM, and then uses the theory of computer graphics to fit the surface. The fitting surface obtained by selecting different measurement points is also different. Three-dimensional laser scanning system is a good solution to this problem, to achieve a three-dimensional free-form surface fast, accurate and easy measurement.
