以菌丝生长速度、生长势、产量、子实体栽培性状及栽培周期为指标,对6个白色金针菇菌株进行筛选,旨在筛选出适合工厂化再生法栽培的白色金针菇菌株。试验结果表明,F8903菌株菌丝生长速度快且生长旺盛;单袋产量达317 g,比对照增产12 g;栽培周期56 d,比对照缩短5 d;子实体各项栽培性状优良,是适应金针菇工厂化再生法栽培的优良菌株。
Six white Flammulina velutipes strains were screened for their mycelial growth rate, growth vigor, yield, fruiting body cultivation traits and cultivation period. The aim was to screen out white Flammulina velutipes strains suitable for industrial regeneration. The results showed that the mycelial growth of F8903 strain was rapid and vigorous. The yield of single mycelium was 317 g, which increased by 12 g compared with the control. The cultivation period was 56 d, which was shortened by 5 d compared with the control.
