集团化运作助推住院医师规范化培训有效管理的实践与探讨

住院医师规范化培训是卫生人才队伍建设和公立医院改革的重要内容,住院医师规范化培训的目标是为各级医疗卫生机构培养具有良好职业道德和专业素质,掌握扎实医学理论、专业知识和临床技能,能够独立承担本学科常见疾病诊治工作的临床医师。根据卫生部《临床住院医师规范化培训施行办法》和江苏省卫生厅《江苏省住院医师规范化培训实施办法(试行)》和《住院医师规范化培训实施细则》的要求,我院在镇江市卫生局领导下,针对自身特点,有效借助集团化医疗资源实施住院医师规范化管理,培训工作取得一定成效。现就实践工作的管理措施作一探讨。 The standardized training of residents is an important part of the construction of health personnel and the reform of public hospitals. According to the requirements of the Ministry of Health, “Implementation Measures for Standardized Training of Clinical Residents,” and the Implementation Measures for Standardized Training of Residents in Jiangsu Province (Trial Implementation) by the Department of Health of Jiangsu Province and the Implementation Rules for Standardized Training of Residents, the director of Zhenjiang Municipal Health Bureau , We aimed at implementing effective standardized management of residencies through the use of collectivized medical resources in accordance with our own characteristics and achieved some success in training.
