国家计委投资所近日完成的一份研究报告认为:随着周边经济环境的逐渐稳定,我国明年利用外资额将略有回升。 报告认为,对我国利用外资起决定作用的只有亚洲5国(地区)、西方的德国、英国、美国、维尔京群岛及国际金融机构世行和亚行,共11个国家(地区)和组织。1997年来自这11个投资主体的外资占我国利用外资的85％以上。
A research report completed recently by the State Planning Commission Investment Institute said: As the surrounding economic environment gradually stabilizes, the amount of foreign capital utilization in China will rise slightly next year. According to the report, only 5 Asian countries (regions), the west Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Virgin Islands and the international financial institutions World Bank and ADB, a total of 11 countries and regions, play a decisive role in our country’s utilization of foreign capital. In 1997, the foreign investment from these 11 investment entities accounted for more than 85% of the total foreign investment in our country.
