项目组合管理作为一种新型的项目管理思想,为解决这一问题提供了手段。为了提高工程项目组合管理的信息处理质量,现将项目总控模式应用于工程项目组合管理中。通过对项目组合管理概念、运行程序和结构的分析,结合项目总控模式的工作特点的基础上,设计了项目总控模式下项目组合管理的信息传递流程,并简述了模型在运行过程需要注意的关键问题。
As a new project management idea, project portfolio management provides a solution to this problem. In order to improve the information processing quality of project portfolio management, project master control mode is applied to project portfolio management. Based on the analysis of the project portfolio management concepts, operating procedures and structure, combined with the work characteristics of the project master control mode, this paper designed the information transfer process of the project portfolio management under the project master control mode, and briefly described the need of the model during operation Attention to the key issues.
