在全面从严治党的新形势下,我们要深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于党建工作的重要论述,认真分析研究机关党建工作面临的新形势新任务,找准特点,把握规律,开拓创新。在工作中要努力做到“四必”:一是“必务于实”从机关党组织的属性定位、功能作用、任务要求来看,必须要求务实。所谓务实,就是要坚持问题导向,善于分析形势、把握大势,搞清楚各项工作目标和现实
