荷兰恩智浦半导体(NXP Simiconductors)将于2008年第一季度量产使用MEMS技术的“硅麦克风”。硅麦克风是每年可代替20亿个以上驻极体电容麦克风(ECM)的MEMS元件,预计今后市场将迅速扩大。
In the first quarter of 2008, Dutch company NXP Semiconductors will mass-produce “silicon microphone” using MEMS technology. Silicon microphones are MEMS components that can replace more than 2 billion ECMs each year, and the market is expected to expand rapidly in the future.
