根据高梯度磁分离原理,分析了磁性微粒在高梯度磁场中的运动规律,提出了磁性微粒在高梯度磁场中所受磁场力、流体曳力的计算方法,并建立了颗粒运动的动力学方程。用FLUENT软件对微粒的运动轨迹进行数值计算,得到颗粒在不同初始位置的运动轨迹。将计算结果和现有的解析解对比分析,初步验证了所建数学模型的正确性,为进一步的数值计算和试验研究提供理论基础。
According to the principle of high gradient magnetic separation, the movement law of magnetic particles in high gradient magnetic field is analyzed, the calculation method of magnetic field force and fluid drag force of magnetic particles in high gradient magnetic field is proposed, and the kinetic equation . Using FLUENT software to calculate the trajectory of the particles, the trajectories of the particles in different initial positions are obtained. Comparing the calculated result with the existing analytical solution, the correctness of the mathematical model is verified, which provides a theoretical basis for further numerical calculation and experimental research.
