据欧盟食品安全局(EFSA)消息,日前欧盟食品安全局就修订环氟菌胺(Cyflufenamid)在多种商品中的最大残留限量发布了意见。据了解,依据欧盟委员会(EC)No396/2005法规第6章的规定,法国收到一家公司要求修订多种商品中环氟菌胺最大残留限量的申请。为协调环氟菌胺的最大残留限量(MRL),法国建议对其残留限量进行修订。依据欧盟委员会(EC)No396/2005法规第8章的规定,法国起草了一份评估报告,并提交至欧委会,之后转至欧盟食品安全局。欧盟食品安全局对评估报告进行评审后,做出如下决定:
According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), the EU Food Safety Agency recently issued a comment on the revision of the maximum residue limit of Cyflufenamid in various commodities. It is understood that according to Chapter 6 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, France has received a request from a company to amend the maximum residue limit of cyfloridol for various commodities. In order to coordinate the MRL for cyflorizome, France proposes to amend its residue limits. According to Chapter 8 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, France drafted an assessment report and submitted it to the European Commission for transfer to the European Food Safety Authority. After assessing the assessment report, the EU Food Safety Authority made the following decision:
