平顶山九矿用斜井提升运输,付斜井是主要进风井,淋水大,坡度陡。冬季井筒结冰后,行人和提升运输都很困难,经常有工人滑倒摔伤和被悬冰脱落砸伤,影响了抓革命、促生产和职工的安全。过去通修队工人经常到井筒打冰,效率低,劳动量大,而且每次打冰时,井筒必须停止行人和提升,影响生产。通修队党支部很重视这一问题,组织了三结合技术革新小组进行研究解决。决定采用自动调节井筒温度的措施,解决井筒结冰问题。修建了空气加热室,又试制成功了自动控制器,实现了井筒空气加热自动化。井筒空气加热自动控制器的装置和工作情况如下。
