案情某商贸公司从东北购得一批粮食,委托当地的粮食储运公司储存。该粮食储运公司将粮食运入粮库后向当地的A保险公司投保了财产保险综合险。与此同时,该商贸公司也以此批粮食为标的向当地的B保险公司投保了财产保险综合险。一目,粮库发生意外火灾,这批粮食全部损毁。储运公司及商贸公司分别向各自投保的保险公司报险索赔,由此产生了一场争议。
