针对航天产品工装设计周期不断缩短,工装研制要求不断严格的问题,提出一种工装数字样机成熟度评估方法。通过分析工装数字样机关键评估指标,建立工装数字样机成熟度评估体系,结合主观专家赋值法和客观信息熵、层次分析法,考虑产品成熟度对工装的影响,得到更加准确合理的工装成熟度数值,有效评估工装的数字样机模型。结合实例,对该模型和算法进行验证,验证结果表明了模型的可行性和算法的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of shortening the design cycle of tooling products in aerospace industry and the stringent requirement of tooling development, a maturity evaluation method of tooling digital prototype is proposed. Through the analysis of key evaluation indexes of tooling digital prototype, this paper establishes the evaluation system of tooling digital prototype maturity, combined with subjective expert assignment, objective information entropy and analytic hierarchy process, considers the effect of product maturity on tooling and obtains a more accurate and reasonable tooling maturity value Effectively evaluate the tooling’s digital prototype model. Combining with the example, the model and the algorithm are validated. The verification results show the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
