《中国足球运动改革发展总体方案》发布后,将加速校园足球和社会足球的发展,所需足球人才的数量必将增多,能力要求必将提高。本文认为,高校是培养足球人才的组要场所,我省体育院校必须承担起培养高素质、实用性足球人才的任务。分析黑龙江省体育院校的实际情况,提出足球人才培养要注重理论与实践结合;开设足球专业,创高水平运动队;课程设置优化,加大实践课学时比重。
After the release of the “Overall Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football Sports”, it will speed up the development of campus football and social football. The number of football talents required will surely increase and its ability requirements will surely increase. This paper argues that colleges and universities are the only place to cultivate football talents, and our provincial PE institutes must undertake the task of cultivating high quality and practical football talents. Analysis of the actual situation of sports colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, proposed football talents should pay attention to the combination of theory and practice; set up a football professional, a high level of sports teams; curriculum optimization, increase the proportion of practice class.
