目的 :探讨从本地漆树科植物果树叶中提取鉴定果苷的方法。方法 :使用乙醇渗漉等一系列步骤从果树叶中提取和纯化果苷 ,用聚酰胺薄层色谱、吸收光谱检测、红外光谱测定、高效液相色谱、高效毛细管电泳等方法进行鉴定。结果 :提取的果苷外观呈金黄色 ,显微镜下呈针状结晶 ;熔点 (mp)为 2 71~ 2 73℃ ;三氯化铁、二氯化锶反应阳性 ;聚酰胺薄层色谱Rf=0 .4 6 ;吸收光谱扫描、高效液相色谱、高效毛细管电泳、红外光谱分析结果等均与对照品相似。结论 :从果树叶中提取的果苷经上述方法鉴定后证明其纯度已和对照品相同 ,可用于药理实验
Objective : To explore the method of extracting and identifying the auroloside from the leaves of the native lacquer plant. METHODS: A series of steps such as ethanol percolation were used to extract and purify the aconitin from the leaves of wolfberry fruit. The results were confirmed by polyamide thin-layer chromatography, absorption spectrometry, infrared spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography and high performance capillary electrophoresis. RESULTS: The extracted sarcosin was golden yellow in appearance and needle-like under the microscope. The melting point (mp) was 2 71 - 2 73 °C. The reaction was positive with ferric chloride and antimony chloride. Polyamide thin-layer chromatography Rf = 0 .46; Absorption spectral scanning, high performance liquid chromatography, high performance capillary electrophoresis, infrared spectroscopic analysis results are similar to the reference product. Conclusion : The acigalactone extracted from the leaves of loquat fruit was identified by the above method and its purity was the same as that of the reference substance. It can be used in pharmacological experiments.
