在自然强光条件下,籼粳亚种间组合的光合速率低于籼稻桂朝2号,但在7000Lx以下的弱光下,明显高于桂朝2号。在变动光强条件下的平均光合速率,与桂朝2号接近。光系统组分分析证明:捕获光能的叶绿素a/b蛋白复合物的含量,亚种间组合明显高于桂朝2号。这预示着它的光合单位较大,收集光的能力较强,可能是利用弱光能力强于常规籼稻的生理原因。
Under natural light conditions, the photosynthetic rate of indica-japonica subspecies combinations was lower than that of indica rice Guizhao 2, but under the low light of 7000Lx, it was significantly higher than that of Gui Chao 2. The average photosynthetic rate under changing light intensity was close to that of Gui Chao 2. The analysis of photosynthetic system components showed that the content of chlorophyll a / b protein complex, which captured light energy, was significantly higher than that of Guichao No.2. This indicates that it has a large photosynthetic unit and a strong ability to collect light, which may be the reason for using weak light ability more than conventional indica rice.
