【目的】观察白消安联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗真性红细胞增多症(PV)的临床疗效。【方法】13例患者在确诊后均给予白消安注射液静脉滴注,并联合龙胆泻肝汤(基本方药为:山栀子、黄芩、柴胡、车前草、生地黄、木通、泽泻、龙胆草、丹参、川芎)加减口服治疗。以1个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后判定疗效。【结果】(1)近期疗效:13例患者中,完全缓解8例,临床缓解3例,好转2例。(2)远期疗效:所有患者均在应用3次白消安后停止该药应用,改为羟基脲口服配合龙胆泻肝汤口服治疗,患者坚持在本科门诊随诊治疗,最长随访近5年。其中4例患者达到治愈标准,已停药,停药最长时间2年6个月;其余9例患者在继续用药的前提下,6例患者达到临床缓解,3例患者维持好转。(3)并发症情况:所有患者均无并发血栓、栓塞及出血等并发症。【结论】白消安联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗PV,疗效确切,复发率低,并发症少。
【OBJECTIVE】 To observe the curative effect of Bai Lian An and Long Dan Xie Gan Tang in the treatment of polycythemia vera (PV). 【Method】 Thirteen patients were given intravenous infusion of Baixian injection after diagnosis, combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction (the basic prescription drugs are: Gardenia chinensis, Scutellaria baicalensis, Radix Bupleuri, Plantain, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, , Alisma, gentian, Salvia, Chuanxiong) plus oral treatment. To 1 month for a course of treatment, 3 after treatment to determine the efficacy. 【Results】 (1) Short-term curative effect: Among the 13 patients, 8 were completely relieved, 3 were clinically relieved, and 2 were improved. (2) Long-term efficacy: All patients stopped using the drug after 3 times of busulfan and changed to oral administration of hydroxyurea in combination with Longdan Xiegan decoction. The patients were followed up for treatment in their undergraduate clinics and the longest follow-up 5 years. Among them, 4 patients reached the standard of cure, and had stopped taking the drug for a maximum of 2 years and 6 months. The remaining 9 patients achieved clinical remission while 3 patients remained well. (3) Complications: All patients had no complications such as thrombosis, embolism and bleeding. 【Conclusion】 BAOXIAN combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of PV has definite curative effect, low recurrence rate and few complications.
