以红花岩黄芪、金露梅、银露梅、砂地柏和柠条5种野生地被植物为试材,在低温处理后测定其电导率,并用Logistic方程拟合S形曲线后,求出5种地被植物的半致死温度,研究半致死温度和植物抗寒性之间的关系,同时研究不同低温控制下游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖的变化趋势与植物抗寒性之间的关系。结果表明:5种野生地被植物的电导率、游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量均随低温胁迫时间的延长出现先增加后降低的变化趋势,其抗寒性由强至弱评价为砂地柏>金露梅>红花岩黄芪>银露梅>柠条。
Five wild ground cover plants of Astragalus membranaceus, Jinlumei, Yinlumei, Sabina vulgaris and Caragana korshinskii were used as test materials, and their electrical conductivity was measured after low temperature treatment. After fitting the S curve with Logistic equation, five kinds The semi-lethal temperature of ground cover plants, the relationship between semi-lethal temperature and plant cold resistance, and the relationship between the change trend of free proline and soluble sugar under different low temperature control and plant cold tolerance. The results showed that the contents of electrical conductivity, free proline and soluble sugar in five wild ground cover plants increased firstly and then decreased with the prolongation of cold stress time. The evaluation of their cold resistance from strong to weak was: Jin Lumei> safflower rock Astragalus> Silver Luomei> Caragana.
