100米运动是速度和力量相结合的短跑项目,速度素质受先天因素影响较大,所以训练中将力量训练作为重点。100米对运动员的下肢力量要求较高,我国短跑项目的力量训练多以四肢力量的练习为主,对身体核心部位肌群力量的训练还缺乏系统性,这容易让运动员出现大幅度晃动、下肢发力蹬地不协调、步幅小等问题,而专项力量训练能解决这些问题。本文就高中生100米专项力量训练的理论和方法进行了分析,以便提高运动成绩。
