由美国教育机构及多个外语教学协会共同制定的《21世纪外语学习标准》是目前美国衡量外语教学是否成功的最权威的准则。在剖析了其5项目标和特征的基础上,结合我国《大学英语课程教学要求》及技术教育高校英语教学的现状,得出对我国高校英语教学的启示:发挥学生的主体作用,充分利用多媒体技术教学,重视运用学习策略。
The “21st Century Foreign Language Learning Standards” jointly formulated by the U.S. educational institutions and several foreign language teaching associations is the most authoritative guideline for the United States in measuring the success of foreign language teaching at present. Based on the analysis of its five goals and characteristics, and based on the current situation of college English teaching in our country and the status quo of college English teaching in technical education, this paper draws lessons from the English teaching in colleges and universities in our country: giving full play to students’ main role and making full use of multimedia Technical teaching, emphasis on the use of learning strategies.
