目的应用红外热像诊断系统对左归丸、右归丸及其拆方药物的靶向性进行动态评价研究。方法采用自身对照试验,募集5名健康志愿受试者,分别在其服用温水、左归丸、右归丸及其拆方药粉的第30、70、100、130、160min,采用红外热像诊断系统对每位受试者采集全身10~11幅热像图,完成共计125例次的扫描后,对下腹、子宫、督脉、神阙4个区位的热值进行数据分析。结果 (1)服用右归丸及其拆方第30min时在不引起下腹热值增高的前提下可提高督脉区位和神阙区位热值。(2)服用左归丸及其拆方全程均降低督脉、神阙、下腹、子宫区位热值。结论左归丸、右归丸的药物靶向性集中在督脉和神阙区位,并非直接针对于下腹、子宫区位。
Objective To study the dynamic evaluation of Zuogui Pill, Yougui Wan and its disassembled prescriptions using infrared thermography system. Methods Five self-controlled volunteers were enrolled in this study. Five healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study. They were diagnosed by infrared thermography on the 30th, 70th, 100th, 130th, and 160th minutes of taking warm water, The system collected 10 ~ 11 thermographs of each body from each subject. After a total of 125 scans were completed, the data of caloric values of the 4 sites of the lower abdomen, the uterus, the Du meridian and the Shen Que were analyzed. Results (1) Taking Yougui Wan and its demolition side at 30min can improve the caloric value of Du meridian and Shen Que area under the premise of not causing the increase of lower abdomen heat value. (2) taking Zuoguiwan and its demolition side throughout the lower Du meridian, Shenque, lower abdomen, uterine location calorific value. Conclusion Zuo Gui Wan, You Gui Wan drug targeting focused on the Governor meridian and Shen Que area, not directly targeted at the lower abdomen, uterine location.
