在我国依靠产业创新培育产业核心竞争能力的战略过程中,企业通过实施标杆管理活动可以加快发展速度、提升发展水平。高校具有知识密集、人才密集的优势,通过自主创新产生的科研成果,可以在相关产业中作为企业高标定位的目标。作为产业对标对象,高校实验室可以在提供产业动态和先进企业信息、参与各类标准制定、提供知识产权和高技术产品以及改善产业学习曲线等方面发挥作用。为达到此目标,高校需要加强在自主创新能力、知识扩散能力、产业服务能力和产业技术发展方向的把握能力等方面的能力建设。
In our strategy of cultivating industry’s core competitiveness through industrial innovation, enterprises can speed up the pace of development and enhance their level of development through the implementation of benchmarking activities. Universities have the advantages of knowledge-intensive and talent-intensive. Through the scientific research produced by independent innovation, colleges and universities can be targeted at high-level enterprises in relevant industries. As an industry target, university laboratories can play a role in providing industry dynamics and advanced business information, participating in various standards development, providing intellectual property and high-tech products, and improving industrial learning curve. To achieve this goal, colleges and universities need to strengthen capacity-building in areas such as independent innovation capability, knowledge diffusion capability, industrial service capability and industrial technology development orientation.
