为适应水资源管理理念和管理方法的转变,提出情景共享模型及其建模思想和方法,对淮河干流及其主要支流2010规划水平年的水资源分配情景进行了模拟。结果证明该模型性能良好,效率较高,可为不同利益相关者共同参与水资源管理决策提供理想的分析工具。
In order to adapt to the change of water management philosophy and management methods, this paper proposed a scenario sharing model and its modeling ideas and methods to simulate the distribution of water resources in Huaihe River and its main tributaries in 2010 planning horizon. The results show that the model is of good performance and high efficiency, which can provide an ideal analytical tool for different stakeholders to participate in water resources management decision-making.
