Cough, expectoration is one of the most common symptoms of lower respiratory tract infection, and is an important indicator to observe the curative effect of expectorant drugs. However, since children (especially before 6 years of age) do not consciously spit out the sputum, making the estimation of sputum volume unusually difficult. We observed Le Shu sputum on acute sputum in children with acute lower respiratory tract infection, the use of unit time cough times (quantified cough) and peak flow (PEF) two indicators to estimate the amount of sputum in children And sputum blocking the degree of airway, etc., that is more objective and practical. The report is as follows.
