为了探索中药心康胶囊对病态窦房结综合征(Sick Sinus Syndrome,SSS)的治疗作用,本研究选用健康杂种犬,用结扎法造成急性SSS动物模型,以阿托品为阳性对照组,记录造模前、造模后及给药后2h电生理指标,对比观察其提高心率,改善窦房结及传导系统功能的作用。实验结果表明:电生理各项指标,模型组无差异(P<0.05);阿托品可以明显提高心率(P<0.05~0.01),但不能改善窦房结功能;而心康胶囊大、小剂量组不仅能明显增加心率,而且能明显改善窦房结功能(P<0.05~0.01)。因此,心康胶囊治疗实验性SSS的疗效明显优于阿托品(P<0.001)。
In order to explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine Xinkang capsule on Sick Sinus Syndrome (SSS), healthy mongrel dogs were selected in this study. The acute SSS animal model was created by ligation and atropine was used as a positive control group. Before and 2 hours after modeling, electrophysiological indicators were compared to observe its effect on improving heart rate and improving function of sinus node and conduction system. The experimental results show that: electrophysiological indicators, the model group no difference (P <0.05); atropine can significantly increase heart rate (P <0.05 ~ 0.01), but can not improve the sinus node function; and Xin Kang capsule large and small dose group Not only can significantly increase the heart rate, but also can significantly improve the sinus node function (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). Therefore, Xinkang capsule treatment of experimental SSS was significantly better than atropine (P<0.001).
