石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定岩石和矿物中金的文献较多.而用于单矿物中微量金的分析似未见报导.金在矿物中的赋存状态研究要求分离单矿物,并测定其中金的含量.为此本文研究了萃取分离和无焰石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定金的条件,并应用于黄铁矿单矿物中微量金的分析.本文采用涂镧石墨管加弧台技术,选择对金萃取分配系数高、选择性好的烷基硫醚富集金,用硫脲反萃取.方法测定下限为0.05g/T(取样0.1g),其精度令人满意.
Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry has been widely used in the determination of gold in rocks and minerals. However, there is no report on the analysis of trace amounts of gold in single minerals. The study on the occurrence state of gold in minerals requires the separation of single minerals and the determination of gold .This paper studied the separation and flameless graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of gold, and applied to the analysis of trace gold in the single mineral pyrite.In this paper, lanthanum graphite tube plus arc Taiwan technology, the choice of High partition coefficient of gold extraction, good selectivity of alkyl sulfide sulfide enrichment gold, with thiourea back extraction method for the determination of the lower limit of 0.05g / T (sampling 0.1g), the accuracy is satisfactory.
