选用 4个油菜雄性不育系和三种类型十字花科芸薹属种 ,研究了不同杂交组合的亲和性 ,杂种一代的营养优势表现和杂种营养优势的生理基础以及品质性状表现。结果表明 :利用油菜雄性不育系与其它十字花科芸薹属种间杂交可以显著提高种间杂交的亲和性 ,并具有细胞质遗传效应。通过杂交制种可以获得大量的杂种应用于生产。十字花科种间杂种营养优势十分显著 ,杂种的部分生理性状也表现出明显优势 ,杂种的品质性状适合食用或饲用。利用这种方法广泛筛选组合可以获得不同类型、不同食味、不同生育时期营养优势强的新类型杂交蔬菜和饲用品种。
Four male sterile lines of Brassica campestris and three types of Brassicaceae were chosen to study the affinity of different cross combinations, the nutritional advantages of hybrids and the physiological basis of heterosis and quality traits. The results showed that interspecific hybridization between male sterile lines of Brassica napus and other Brassicaceae families could significantly improve the compatibility of interspecific hybridization and have cytoplasmic genetic effects. By hybrid seed production can get a lot of hybrids used in the production. Cruciferous inter-specific hybrid nutrition is very significant, some physiological characteristics of hybrids also showed obvious advantages, the quality of hybrids for food or feed. Using this method, a wide range of screening combinations can be obtained of different types, different taste, different growth stages of the new type of hybrid vegetables and forage varieties.
