要加强我国政府对农民专业合作社发展的扶持,需要通过进一步完善相关法律规定,形成规范有序的长效机制。针对现存的不足,建议通过出台《农民专业合作社法实施条例》,统一明确专门的组织协调机构,加大各级政府财政扶持的力度,完善税费减免政策,强化金融支持措施,建立技术扶持制度来支持、引导农民专业合作社的发展。
To strengthen our government’s support for the development of farmer cooperatives, we need to further improve the relevant laws and regulations to form a long-term mechanism of orderly and orderly development.
