钛基体上覆上一层铂及其合金或贵金属氧氧化物作为复合钛阳极,应用于阴极保护工业和电解工业中前景广阔.作为钛阳极的覆层,理论上讲可选用的贵金属和合金有65种组合,但考虑到资源、成本、要求的电化学性能和涂层的难易程度,能实用的仅限于铂和铂铱合金两种,而贵金属化合物的选择也仅限于氧化钌. Titanium substrate coated with a layer of platinum and its alloys or precious metal oxides as a composite titanium anode, used in cathodic protection industry and electrolysis industry has a bright future as a titanium anode coating, in theory, the choice of precious metals and alloys have 65 combinations, but taking into account the resources, costs, the required electrochemical properties and the ease of coating, it is practical to use only two types of platinum and platinum-iridium alloys, while the selection of noble metal compounds is also limited to ruthenium oxide.
