近十年来有250多个新药上市。许多药物是已知治疗原則的继续发展,部分药物没有重要的或仅有小的治疗价值,不久后就又从市场消失了,只有很少的药物对治疗有大的推动作用,例如ACE抑制剂、毛地黄解毒药、一些抗生素和化学治疗药、口服有效的抗真菌药物酮康唑、免疫抑制剂环孢菌素、FSME和B型肝炎疫苗、干扰素制剂、溃疡治疗药呋喃硝胺等,抗病毒药开糖环鸟苷、叠氮胸苷、抗癌药物LH-RH激动剂等。各种活性药作为透皮治疗系统被商品化。本文主要介绍1978年1月至1987年11月一些有价值的新药。
Over the past decade more than 250 new drugs listed. Many medications are a continuation of known treatment principles and some have little or no therapeutic value and soon disappear from the market with only a small number of medications that greatly contribute to treatment such as ACE inhibitors , Furista antidote, some antibiotics and chemotherapeutics, oral effective antifungal ketoconazole, immunosuppressant cyclosporin, FSME and hepatitis B vaccine, interferon preparations, ulcer treatment drugs such as furanitamide, Antiviral drugs sugar guarosine, azidothymidine, anti-cancer drugs LH-RH agonists and so on. Various active drugs are commercially available as transdermal therapeutic systems. This article describes some valuable new drugs from January 1978 to November 1987.
