进一步完善校企合作育人机制,创新技术技能人才培养模式,是保证现代学徒制试点项目成功的关键,本文从运行机制、培养机制、激励机制、评价机制等几方面系统论证,试图建立相应的实践教学体系,探索理论教学与实践培训的结合点,充分利用企业强化实践教学,培养学生的创造能力,保证项目的顺利实施。
To further improve the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation and education, innovation and technical personnel training mode is to ensure the success of the modern apprenticeship pilot project key, this article from the operating mechanism, training mechanism, incentive mechanism, evaluation mechanism and several aspects of system demonstration, trying to establish the corresponding Practice teaching system, explore the combination of theoretical teaching and practical training, make full use of enterprises to strengthen practical teaching, cultivate students’ creative ability and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
