针对首次开展的执业医师分阶段考第一阶段考试实证研究,深入剖析该制度在推进“医教协同”总体战略部署科学实施的重要作用,以及在实施过程中存在的主要问题,对分阶段考第一阶段考试制度的设计提出建议。考核目标要与教学目标相一致,第一阶段考试内容与教学内容不能相脱离;考核内容与教学进程相一致,不能过度拔高考试难度、方式和范围;考核主体要与教育主体相一致,特别是需要医院的积极参与与支持。
In view of the first empirical study of the first phase of the phased examination of practicing physicians, this paper deeply analyzes the important role of the system in advancing the scientific implementation of the overall strategic deployment of “medical co-operation coordination” and the main problems existing in the implementation process. Stage test the first phase of the examination system design and make recommendations. The examination target should be consistent with the teaching goal. The content of the first phase can not be separated from the teaching content. The content of the examination should be consistent with the teaching process. The difficulty, mode and scope of the examination should not be overly elevated. The main body of assessment should be consistent with the main body of education. Need the hospital’s active participation and support.
