妇产医院护理工作有着夜诊多、急诊急、患者病情变化快、患者在科室之间的周转比较频繁和工作可预见性差等一系列特点,一直以来是护理工作的难点。新时期妇产医院护士长所面对的严峻挑战,就是护理服务模式由“以疾病为中心”向着“以患者为中心”的整体护理新模式进行转变。因为存在着年轻护理人员存在经验上的不足,工作责任意识较差以及患者、患者家属个人权利意识不断增强等因素,所以妇产医院护士长护理管理策略的目的,就是要加强科室护士职业道德教育、实现医疗护理核心制度的建设和落实,有效预防医院感染并强化医疗护理质量控制意识,健全护理质量控制体系。护士长的管理技巧是安排具有专业技术能力的护士接诊入院患者并帮助患者办理出院手续,在早晨例会交接班时护士长应当较其他人早到位,建立妇产护理风险提示本,提前通知科室护理人员护理质量检查方式与随机抽查方式相结合,并及时对患者及家属所提出的一系列问题予以解决。
